Job summary

Milestone Technologies is seeking a PERSEC Specialist to support the Facility Security Officer on day-to-day personnel security for cleared employees on classified contracts. You will work alongside the FSO to learn the program hands-on and grow into a CPSO for one or more contracts.

You will handle IC reportable-event intake, SEAD 3 reporting, and maintain accurate personnel security records across multiple contracts, building workflows and delivering security education content for cleared

Qualifications

• Experience with NISP and/or Intelligence Community
• Experience with SEAD 3 reporting
• Organized with high-volume records

Responsibilities

• Support the FSO on PERSEC casework: Initiations, upgrades, additions/removals, in-briefs/debriefs/terminations
• Grow into CPSO role for classified contracts
• Manage IC reportable-event intake (foreign travel/reporting)
• Maintain PERSEC records across contracts/customers
• Build workflows and SOPs for PERSEC processes
• Develop and deliver security education content for cleared employees
• Use Claude/AI tools to streamline PERSEC, with remaining manual steps
• Take on special projects as needed
