Job summary

ICEYE US seeks an Assistant Facility Security Officer to support the industrial security program across classified programs and government compliance. You will work under the FSO, handling personnel security, facility security, briefings, and security education to ensure NISPOM compliance and successful government reviews.

This role requires active TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph, 3+ years in security, and strong written/verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph.
• 3+ years of relevant industrial security or related experience.
• Working knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and U.S. government security requirements.
• Experience with DISS, NBIS, or comparable government security systems.
• Know-how of personnel security clearance processes and security education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the FSO with implementing and maintaining the NISPOM-compliant security program and policies.
• Support government security reviews, self-inspections, assessments and reporting in applicable systems.
• Administer personnel security activities using DISS/NBIS including clearance processing and access verification.
• Verify clearance eligibility, SCI access, and need-to-know before granting access to classified information.
• Conduct or coordinate required security briefings (initial, annual, foreign travel, insider threat).
• Assist with receipt, storage, transmission, destruction, and disposition of classified information.
• Support physical security requirements for classified facilities and SCIFs.
• Assist with DD Form 254 administration and coordination with government customers and contractors.
• Support FOCI compliance activities and insider threat program coordination.
• Assist with security inquiries, investigations, and reporting; elevate matters to the FSO as needed.
• Serve as a security resource for employees and support facility moves and government visits.
