Job summary

ProSync is seeking a Mid-Level PERSEC Security Specialist to support critical personnel security programs, including clearance administration, access control, and compliance with DoD, IC, and agency policies. The role collaborates with employees, government stakeholders, and security professionals to ensure mission-critical operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in personnel security programs or related government security operations.
• Active IAT/IAM Level II certification is required.
• Top Secret/SCI clearance or higher with SAP/SAR eligibility.
• Experience handling personnel security records and compliance reviews is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer personnel security programs for classified programs and facilities.
• Process, track, and manage security actions including clearances, access requests, indoctrinations, debriefings, and reinvestigations.
• Review documentation for regulatory and policy compliance; coordinate with government security offices.
• Maintain security databases and records; ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Conduct security reviews, audits, inspections, and compliance assessments.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and security access procedures.
