ProSync Technology Group, LLC (ProSync) is seeking a Junior-Level PERSEC Security Specialist to support personnel security programs within DoD and Intelligence Community environments. You will help ensure eligibility, process clearances, and maintain security records while developing expertise in personnel security operations.

The role emphasizes organization, discretion with classified information, and collaboration with security offices, contractors, and government customers; a Top Secret/SCI

Qualifications

• Less than three years of experience in personnel security or related disciplines.
• Active IAT/IAM Level II certification required.
• Top Secret/SCI clearance or higher with SAP/SAR eligibility required.
• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s with 4 years of additional relevant work experience (or 6 years substitute).

Responsibilities

• Support security clearances, eligibility determinations, indoctrinations, and debriefings.
• Process personnel security actions and maintain security records.
• Review personnel security documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Support clearance tracking and access management.
• Coordinate with employees, contractors, government customers, and security offices.
• Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and security documentation.
• Support audits, inspections, and security-related actions.
