Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC is seeking a Mid-Level PERSEC Security Specialist to support critical personnel security programs responsible for managing security clearances, access authorizations, and compliance with government personnel security requirements in DoD and IC environments.

The role collaborates with employees, government stakeholders, and security professionals to maintain accurate records, coordinate with security offices, and implement security policy updates.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in personnel security or related disciplines.
• Experience with security clearance administration for government or contractor environments.
• Knowledge of DoD/IC security regulations and access control requirements.
• Active IAT/IAM Level II certification is required (e.g., Security+, CCNA Security, CISSP, etc.).
• Top Secret/SCI clearance or higher with SAP/SAR eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer personnel security programs for classified programs, facilities, and mission operations.
• Process, track, and manage security actions including clearances, indoctrinations, and reinvestigations.
• Coordinate with government security offices on clearance eligibility and adjudicative actions.
• Maintain personnel security databases and records for accuracy and accountability.
• Support onboarding and offboarding with personnel security requirements.
• Develop reports and briefs on personnel security activities.
