Radiant Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electrical is seeking a highly organized Permits Coordinator to keep permit processes moving across multiple municipalities. You will coordinate inspections, work with customers, city agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely documentation and smooth project flow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Dispatch, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred.
• Home services industry experience is a plus.
• Must successfully pass a background check.

Responsabilités

• Process permits for customer jobs across multiple municipalities and jurisdictions.
• Schedule and coordinate inspections.
• Work directly with customers, city agencies, and internal teams throughout the permit process.
• Communicate updates and timelines to service and sales teams.
• Ensure permits and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
• Provide backup support for other administrative functions as needed.
• Assist with additional projects and responsibilities that support business operations.
