Job summary

Pulley is building infrastructure to speed up permitting for complex construction projects. As a Project Manager, you will bridge clients and permitting bodies, helping navigate regulations and accelerate approvals while coordinating with leadership, product, and engineering teams to improve workflows.

You’ll lead multiple projects, maintain strong relationships with municipalities, and ensure timely delivery of milestones, all while contributing to a fast-growing platform used by major brands.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in architecture, construction, or permitting with demonstrated involvement in various permitting processes.
• Strong familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Permitting expertise: gain a deep understanding of local permitting rules across markets to streamline processes.
• Advise clients through complex approval processes to achieve fast, efficient outcomes.
• Collaborate with municipalities to accelerate approval times and build strong relationships with staff.
• Manage multiple permitting projects with milestones, ensuring steady progress and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve Pulley’s platform and client experience.
