Pulley is seeking a Project Manager to be the critical link between clients and the complex permitting landscape. You will guide projects through regulatory hurdles, collaborate with municipal staff, and help speed approvals while ensuring milestones are met.

Based in Texas, you will partner with leadership, product, and engineering teams to refine best practices and drive faster, more predictable project delivery for our nationwide clients.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in architecture, construction, or permitting.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
• Excellent communication abilities and talent for building relationships with clients and municipal officials.
• Proficient in using relevant software tools and adaptable to new systems.

Responsibilities

• Understand local permitting rules across markets and streamline processes.
• Advise clients through intricate approval steps to achieve fast outcomes.
• Collaborate with municipal staff to accelerate approvals.
• Manage multiple permitting projects, hitting milestones and resolving roadblocks.
