Job summary

Pulley is hiring a Project Manager to help accelerate permitting timelines for architecture and construction projects. You will act as the critical link between clients and municipal authorities, ensuring approvals move smoothly and timelines are reduced.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership to refine processes, drive continuous improvement, and deliver predictable outcomes for commercial projects across markets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in architecture, construction, or permitting.
• Strong familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Permitting Expertise: Understand local permitting rules across markets and streamline processes.
• Advise Clients: Guide clients through complex approval processes for fast outcomes.
• Collaborate with Municipalities: Build relationships with municipal staff to accelerate approvals.
• Manage Projects: Oversee multiple permitting projects, meeting milestones and resolving roadblocks.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with product, engineering, and leadership to improve Pulley's platform.
