Pulley is seeking a Project Manager in the Bay Area to connect clients with the permitting landscape and drive faster approvals. You’ll oversee complex permitting projects, collaborating with municipalities and internal teams to optimize outcomes.

This role requires 6+ years in architecture, construction, or permitting, strong regulatory knowledge, and outstanding communication with clients and officials. Pulley offers remote-friendly arrangements and meaningful equity.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in architecture, construction, or permitting.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Strong regulatory knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Permitting expertise across local markets and streamlining processes.
• Advise clients through intricate approval processes for fast outcomes.
• Collaborate with municipalities to accelerate approvals with staff.
• Manage multiple permitting projects, hitting milestones and resolving roadblocks.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership to improve Pulley's platform.
