Job summary

Pulley is seeking an experienced Project Manager to accelerate permitting for complex construction projects in the United States. You will coordinate with clients, architects, and municipal staff to navigate regulatory hurdles and speed approvals.

In this role, you’ll shape permitting operations, collaborate with leadership and product teams, and drive continuous improvement in workflows. The position requires Florida residency to be considered.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in architecture, construction, or permitting.
• Strong familiarity with local permitting rules and processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to advise clients and coordinate with municipalities and teams.

Responsibilities

• Gain deep understanding of local permitting rules across markets to streamline processes.
• Advise clients through intricate approval processes for fast outcomes.
• Collaborate with municipalities to accelerate approvals and build relationships.
• Oversee multiple permitting projects, ensuring milestones and timely completion.
• Work with product, engineering, and leadership to improve Pulley’s platform and client experience.
