Job summary

Pulley helps architects, builders, and retailers speed up permitting across numerous jurisdictions. We are building an in-house permitting team in Wisconsin to deliver fast, reliable outcomes for customers and projects.

In this role you will support lead project managers, conduct permit research, and collaborate with city staff to resolve ambiguities. You’ll monitor status and feed insights back to product and engineering.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction management or architecture with a focus on project management.
• Experience applying for and obtaining construction permits.
• Ability to research permit requirements with accuracy.
• Comfort interfacing city staff and navigating administrative processes.
• Clear communicator with a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support our lead project managers in delivering great permitting outcomes for customers.
• Help conduct permit research with a high degree of accuracy.
• Collaborate with city staff on nuances and ambiguities.
• Monitor permit status and ensure timely responses.
• Provide feedback to product & engineering teams to help refine our software platform.
• Work with permitting leadership to refine our standard operating procedures.
