Drees Homes, a leading homebuilder, is seeking a Production Assistant - Permitting for our Jacksonville Division. You will coordinate permitting, gather required documents, and support timely construction starts while liaising with municipalities, vendors, and internal teams.

The role emphasizes strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple permitting-related tasks within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the permitting process by gathering documents and data and act as liaison between the company and municipalities, vendors, and partners.
• Compile and complete start packages to be released to construction.
• Provide and process accurate paperwork to ensure timely construction starts.
