AtkinsRéalis seeks a Permitting Lead to support a major pharmaceutical facility project in the Huntsville, Alabama area. You will oversee permitting, stakeholder engagement, workforce development, and supplier development, coordinating with environmental specialists and public agencies.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience leading large development programs, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Planning, Sciences, Natural Resources, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years leading large development programs with schedule management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
• Excellent writing, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee permitting, stakeholder engagement, workforce development, and supplier development as an owner’s representative.
• Provide schedule and quality oversight, ensuring deliverables meet environmental requirements.
• Build trust and maintain relationships with agencies, stakeholders, and local communities.
• Coordinate with experts, PR teams, and workforce enablement teams to support development initiatives.
