Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in permitting, stakeholder engagement, or environmental compliance on major capital projects.
• Experience leading permitting and communications teams and engaging regulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead permitting and regulatory engagement strategies throughout project delivery.
• Coordinate with engineering, environmental, construction, and operations teams to integrate permitting requirements.
• Oversee environmental permitting (air, stormwater, wastewater) and agency reporting obligations.
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans, communications matrices, and issue management processes.
