AtkinsRéalis Group is seeking a Permitting Lead to join our Alabama team, supporting an owner's representative program for a large pharmaceutical facility. You will oversee permitting, stakeholder engagement, and schedule management, coordinating with environmental specialists and public agencies.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years leading large development programs, strong MS Office and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex deliverables on-site in Huntsville.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Planning, Sciences, Natural Resources, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading large development programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and schedule management software.
• Excellent writing, verbal communication, and analytical skills.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee permitting, stakeholder engagement, workforce development, and supplier development as an owner's representative.
• Provide schedule and quality oversight, ensuring environment-related deliverables are completed as expected.
• Build trust and maintain effective relationships with agencies, stakeholders, and local communities.
• Provide guidance to streamline environmental studies and permitting approaches.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts, public relations teams, and workforce enablement teams to support supplier and workforce development initiatives.
• Communicate updates to clients, project teams, and program management using permit trackers and logs.
• Must be located in the Huntsville, Alabama area and be available to work on-site daily.
