Responsibilities

• Oversee permitting, stakeholder engagement, workforce development, and supplier development as an owner's representative.
• Provide schedule and quality oversight, ensuring environmentally related deliverables are completed as expected.
• Build trust and maintain effective relationships with agencies, stakeholders, and local communities.
• Provide guidance to streamline environmental studies and permitting approaches.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts, public relations teams, and workforce enablement teams to support supplier and workforce development.
