Job summary

AtkinsRéalis seeks a Permitting Lead for an owner's representative program supporting a large pharmaceutical facility near Huntsville, Alabama. You will oversee permitting, stakeholder engagement, and workforce development initiatives, coordinating with regulatory agencies, public relations, and supplier development teams.

You will ensure schedule integrity, environmental deliverables, and effective communication to clients and project teams while working on-site daily in the Huntsville area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Planning, Sciences, Natural Resources, or related field.
• 10+ years leading large development programs with schedule coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee permitting, stakeholder engagement, workforce development, and supplier development activities.
• Provide schedule and quality oversight for environmentally related deliverables.
• Build trust and maintain relationships with agencies and communities.
• Coordinate with SMEs, public relations, and workforce-enabled teams.
