We are seeking an experienced Permitting Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity in DeLand, FL. The Permitting Coordinator will support residential construction projects across Volusia County and surrounding jurisdictions by preparing, submitting, tracking, and closing out permits. This position plays a key role in helping construction schedules stay on track by ensuring permit status, documentation, inspections, and jurisdiction requirements are handled accurately and on time.
