Bartlett Roofing seeks a Temporary Permit Coordinator to obtain permits, schedule inspections, and keep projects compliant and on schedule. You will collaborate with Scheduling and Production teams, communicate with municipalities, and travel locally for permit submissions.

Strong organization, multi-project management, and MS Office skills are essential for success. This full-time, temporary role emphasizes data accuracy, timely permit tracking, and proactive follow-up to prevent project delays

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Capable of managing multiple permits and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficient in communicating with city/county offices and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Obtain building permits for residential and commercial roofing projects.
• Coordinate and schedule permit inspections with local municipalities.
• Align permit timelines with project schedules with Scheduling and Production.
• Communicate permit requirements and approvals to city and county offices.
• Travel to permitting offices for submission or pickup as needed.
• Maintain accurate permit records and update project data in software.
• Perform data entry and administrative duties to support daily operations.
• Monitor permit status and follow up to avoid delays.
• Assist with additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.
