Bartlett Roofing in Spokane, WA is seeking a Temporary Permit Coordinator to help keep permits, inspections, and project documentation on schedule across multiple markets. If you are highly organized and enjoy coordinating moving pieces, we'd love to meet you.

As a Permit Coordinator, you will obtain building permits, schedule inspections, and maintain permit records while supporting the Production team. Some local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable communicating with municipalities, inspectors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Obtain building permits for residential and commercial roofing projects.
• Coordinate and schedule permit inspections with local municipalities.
• Work with Scheduling and Production teams to align permit timelines with schedules.
• Communicate permit requirements and approvals with city/county offices.
• Travel to local permitting offices for submissions or pickups.
• Maintain accurate permit records and update project information in software.
• Complete data entry and administrative tasks to support daily operations.
• Monitor permit status and follow up to avoid delays.
• Assist with additional administrative and operational duties.
