Job summary

Bartlett Roofing is seeking a Permit Coordinator to support our Production team by managing permits, inspections, and project documentation across multiple markets. The role emphasizes organization, timely permit processing, and collaboration with Scheduling and Production teams.

The position is full-time, temporary, not remote, with a pay range of $20-$28 hourly DOE. Candidates should be detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfortable communicating with municipalities, inspectors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Obtain building permits for residential and commercial roofing projects.
• Coordinate and schedule permit inspections with local municipalities.
• Align permit timelines with project schedules with Scheduling and Production teams.
• Communicate permit requirements and approvals with city and county offices.
• Travel to local permitting offices for in-person submissions or pickups.
• Maintain accurate permit records and update project information in company software.
• Complete data entry and administrative tasks to support daily operations.
• Monitor permit status and follow up to prevent delays.
• Assist with additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.
