The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree coupled with significant experience in permitting processes, specifically within energy or heavy industrial projects.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant work experience, or 12-14 years without a degree.
• Experience supporting pre-construction and field execution phases.

Responsibilities

• Identify required permits for construction and utility activities.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive Permitting Plan and Permit Matrix.
• Coordinate submission and tracking of permits and notifications.

Skills

Experience with county or state permitting processes

Familiarity with construction permits

Experience in power generation or heavy industrial EPC projects

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or relevant field
