Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with above/belowground raceway installation, electrical equipment setting, cable pull and termination program management, and temporary power installation and energization.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Manages electrical construction activities including raceway, cable installation, equipment installation, terminations, and temporary power systems.
• Oversees Bechtel craft and subcontractors to deliver safe, high-quality work aligned with engineering designs, schedules, and cost objectives.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and external stakeholders; enforce Zero Accident and quality standards.
• Plan and establish procedures to ensure construction operations meet drawings and specifications.
• Support planning activities: review subcontractor schedules, methods, manning, and material requirements.
