Bechtel is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Specialist in Cheyenne, WY to coordinate design, procurement, and field activities for a major power hub project. The role involves temporary power planning, quantities tracking, and ensuring conformance with project specs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 5–12 years of relevant experience, strong NEC/IEEE knowledge, and a proven ability to lead teams while maintaining ES&H standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience, or 9-12 years of total experience.
• Working knowledge of NEC, IEEE and local electrical regulations.
• Experience on combined cycle facilities preferred.
• Knowledge of raceway installation, cable pull management, and energization.
• Computer literacy with MS Word, Excel, and database tools.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with engineering on constructability and design issues for electrical systems.
• Develop and review temporary power plans and single-line drawings.
• Manage quantity take-off, tracking, and forecasting for electrical scope.
• Direct requisitions for field-procured materials and equipment.
• Oversee field inspections and witness tests, ensuring documentation is complete.
• Support energization plans and milestones with project teams.
