Colorado Living is seeking an experienced Permit Coordinator to oversee building permit coordination across Colorado and Utah. The role emphasizes timely permit submissions, regulatory liaison, and coordination with project teams throughout the permitting process.

This position will oversee the building permit coordination with multiple municipalities across Colorado and Utah.
We are seeking someone that preferably has familiarity with home remodel building permits, ideally in the construction industry, and is a self-starter with a great work ethic, but we are equally happy to train the right candidate with a background outside of building permits. Administration Manager
As a Permit Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained efficiently and in compliance with local and state muncipalities. You will be responsible for coordinating the permitting process, liaising with regulatory agencies, and facilitating communication between various stakeholders to guarantee smooth and timely project execution.
