Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a proactive Area Sales Manager for the Permian Basin, focusing on building strong customer relationships and identifying new opportunities. You will support regional managers and ensure successful field deployments through on-site customer engagement and pipeline management.

The role requires at least 3 years in Oil & Gas sales, a bachelor's degree (or equivalent), and willingness to travel across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Oil & Gas industry.
• Willingness to travel across assigned territory.
• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Build the product line opportunity pipeline by identifying PL Opportunities.
• Collaborate with lead key account or regional teams on FPS product line business development plans.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets for assigned accounts.
• Drive Inquiry-to-Order and Order-to-Revenue processes to support planning and execution.
• Provide weekly updates to Southeast Region Sales Leader and FPS Onshore Leadership Team.
