Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the FPS product line in the Permian Basin. This role focuses on building the opportunity pipeline, developing accounts, and leading field-level customer engagement across sites and facilities.

You will collaborate with regional teams, drive ITO and OTR processes, and provide on-site support during product deployments while traveling within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Bachelor's diploma from an accredited college or university (or High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of sales experience).

Responsibilities

• Build the product line opportunity pipeline by identifying PL Opportunities.
• Collaborate with lead key account or local/region account teams on business development planning for FPS Product Line.
• Develop and execute sales product line strategies for assigned accounts to achieve sales targets.
• Drive Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) and Order-to-Revenue (OTR) processes to inform Service Delivery and Supply Chain for upcoming jobs.
• Provide weekly reports to Southeast Region Sales Leader and FPS Onshore Leadership Team.
