CHJ (Center for Health and Justice) is seeking a full-time Supervisor to lead the Permanent Supportive Housing program. You will supervise a multidisciplinary team and ensure evidence-based practices support recovery, housing stability, and community reintegration.

Qualifications

• Experience providing clinical supervision in daily program operations.
• Proven ability to supervise multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong reporting and data management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication.
• Knowledge of housing policy or HUD guidelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of staff and oversee client services.
• Monitor caseload progress, complete program enrollment/exits, housing stabilization plans, and advocacy.
• Prepare, interpret, and present reports to the Administrator; liaise for program-related needs.
• Maintain program information and technology to increase program effectiveness.
• Ensure confidential information remains confidential.
• Submit monthly data reports to the Administrator.
• Identify housing opportunities and coordinate with landlords and housing service providers.
• Participate in community-based meetings with local housing-based resource providers.
• Attend all required training.
• Align staff performance with contract standards and coach supervisors.
• Monitor and manage data and monthly reports to meet goals.
• Develop and sustain relationships with partner agencies and funders.
