Job summary

Solari Enterprises, Inc. in San Diego, CA, is seeking a Community Manager for the Stella, a permanent supportive housing community of 80 units.

You will oversee operations, supervise on-site staff, manage budgets and reporting, and ensure compliance with HUD/TCAC and other funding requirements. The role requires 2–5 years in property management, experience with Section 8/42, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years in property management with leadership experience.
• Experience with HUD/TCAC and Section 8/42 programs required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community team members and operations.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Maintain resident files in compliance with management and funding rules.
• Process applicants and lease units per Resident Selection Criteria.
• Maintain relationships with HUD, TCAC and city regulators.
• Conduct inspections of maintenance, grounds and common areas.
• Collect rents and manage delinquent accounts.
