Solari Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a capable Community Manager for Casa Nueva, a 52-unit affordable housing community in San Diego, CA. You will oversee daily operations, supervise on-site staff, manage resources, and ensure compliance with HUD and TCAC guidelines.

Responsibilities include reporting, tenant file maintenance, rent collection, and coordinating with local agencies. Qualifications include 2–5 years in property management, staff supervision, Section 8 experience, and a California

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in property management.
• Experience supervising staff members.
• Experience with Section 8.
• Experience with inspections (HUD/TCAC/City).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community team members.
• Complete weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Maintain accurate resident files in compliance with management and funding agency regulations.
• Process applicants and lease units per Resident Selection Criteria.
• Maintain relationships with local government agencies (HUD, TCAC).
• Conduct regular follow-up inspections on maintenance, grounds and common areas.
• Collect rents and handle delinquent accounts.
