Job summary

The role requires 2–5 years of property management experience, strong communication, and familiarity with Section 8, HUD/TCAC inspections, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in Word/Excel/Outlook and a CA driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of property management experience.
• Experience supervising staff and Section 8.
• Familiar with HUD/TCAC inspections and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook; detail-oriented.
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Maintain resident files in compliance with regulations.
• Process applicants and lease units per criteria.
• Maintain relationships with HUD, TAC, and other agencies.
• Conduct regular inspections of maintenance, grounds, and common areas.
• Collect rents and manage delinquent accounts.
