Job summary

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will calibrate equipment, document results, and support SOP development while collaborating with Production and R&D.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of quality control experience.
• Knowledge of inspection methods and analytical testing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic data systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate findings and work independently or in a team.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and tests on materials and products; document results and deviations.
• Identify and report nonconformances; participate in root cause analysis and process improvement.
• Calibrate and maintain testing equipment.
• Assist with training staff and developing SOPs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and report issues.
