Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of quality inspection experience.
• Ability to interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Strong reading and writing skills; able to communicate one-on-one and in groups.
• English proficiency; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office; data collection experience is a plus.
• Ability to read micrometers and calipers; basic math and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished or in-process products against standards using measuring tools.
• Ensure line clearance, raw materials, in-process inspection, manufacturing and housekeeping compliance.
• Assist in training less experienced inspectors and production personnel.
• Audit reports, forms, and data for adherence to procedures.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
