Job summary

Kelly Science & Clinical in Plainfield, IN is seeking a permanent Quality Control Technician II to join the QA team. The role focuses on inspections and testing of materials, components, and products to ensure regulatory compliance and specification adherence.

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will calibrate equipment, document results, and support SOP development while collaborating with Production and R&D.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of quality control experience.
• Knowledge of inspection methods and analytical testing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic data systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate findings and work independently or in a team.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and report nonconformances; participate in root cause analysis and process improvement.

Overview

Reports to the Quality Assurance Manager; responsible for inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory standards. Acts as an internal and external auditor, collaborating with Production and R&D teams.
