Randstad USA is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our manufacturing team on a direct-hire basis. In this role you will oversee incoming and final inspections, manage non-conformance protocols, and maintain meticulous documentation to support product excellence and regulatory standards.

The position offers a first shift from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM with a salary of $59,000 to $61,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in quality control or related field.
• High School diploma required.
• Experience with documentation and non-conformance processes.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test materials and finished products; oversee incoming and final inspections.
• Maintain inspection records by accurately scanning and filing documentation.
• Initiate non-conformance reports and ensure proper dispositions for non-conforming materials.
• Assist with non-conformance investigations as required.
• Keep the inspection area clean and organized; ensure proper product storage.
• Assist internal audits as needed.

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Inspector to join our growing team on a direct-hire, permanent basis. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our commitment to product excellence and operational standards. You will oversee incoming and final inspections, manage non-conformance protocols, maintain meticulous documentation, and help drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing facilities.

salary: $59,000 - $61,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Inspections & Testing:Conduct comprehensive testing and evaluations, including incoming checks for raw materials and finished products.
• Documentation Management:Maintain all inspection records by accurately scanning and filing completed documentation.
• Non-Conformance Handling:Initiate non-conformance reports and ensure that non-conforming materials are processed according to proper dispositions.
• Investigations Support:Assist with non-conformance investigations as required.
• Area Organization:Keep the quality control inspection area clean and organized, ensuring products are properly placed in bins and on racks.
• Audit Assistance:Provide support for internal audits upon request.
