Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector III to execute high-precision dimensional and visual inspections, maintain ISO 9001 compliance, and partner with production to resolve non-conformances.
Key Responsibilities
- Precision Inspection: Perform dimensional/visual checks using CMM, vision systems, height gauges, calipers, and micrometers.
- Blueprint & GD&T Analysis: Interpret mechanical drawings, engineering blueprints, and technical specs applying GD&T standards.
- Auditing & ISO Compliance: Audit active production lines against ISO 9001 standards, track quality data, and support QMS continuous improvement.
- Non-Conformance & CAPA: Collaborate with manufacturing teams to investigate root causes, implement corrective actions, and verify solutions.
- Tool Calibration: Support measuring instrument calibration schedules to ensure continuous measurement accuracy.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of precision quality inspection experience in manufacturing.
- Hands-on expertise with CMM, vision inspection systems, hand tools, and GD&T.
- Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, NCRs, and root-cause problem-solving.
- ASQ Certification (CQI/CQA) or CMM programming experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed dimensional and visual inspections using precision measurement tools such as height gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and vision inspection systems to verify product conformity.
- Interpret mechanical blueprints, manufacturing documents, and technical drawings to ensure accurate quality assessments aligned with specifications.
- Perform quality audits across production lines to identify deviations from ISO 9001.
- Utilize measurement instruments including calipers, micrometers, and height gauges to perform precise dimensional measurements and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) analysis.
- Analyze inspection data, document findings accurately, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in quality management systems.
- Collaborate with production teams to address non-conformances, implement corrective actions, and verify the effectiveness of solutions.
- Support calibration of measuring instruments and ensure compliance with calibration schedules to maintain measurement accuracy.
