We are seeking a meticulous Quality Control Inspector to serve as the final line of defense in our high-output facility. In this role, you will ensure that every item leaving our production floor meets the highest industry standards. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will work closely with our manufacturing teams to identify defects and implement corrective actions in real-time. Whether you are auditing incoming materials in the warehouse or verifying finished goods, your eye for detail is what keeps our reputation spotless. Responsibilities Include
  • Performing detailed visual and physical inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
  • Interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications to ensure parts are within tolerance.
  • Documenting all inspection results and maintaining meticulous quality control logs.
  • Identifying, tagging, and sequestering non-conforming materials to prevent them from reaching the customer.
  • Collaborating with the engineering team to troubleshoot recurring defects and improve overall output.
  • Conducting periodic audits of equipment calibration to ensure testing accuracy.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a quality control or inspection role within a technical environment.
  • Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
  • Strong ability to read and interpret complex technical blueprints and GD&T symbols.
  • High level of analytical thinking and a "zero-defect" mindset.
  • Excellent written communication skills for generating detailed compliance reports.
  • High school diploma required; a technical degree or quality certification is highly preferred.

Competitive Pay: Compensation is determined by candidate experience, education, certifications, and specific job-related skills. $25/hr
