Job summary

The Winchester Public Schools Hinsdale School - Winsted, Connecticut is seeking a Permanent Building Substitute to support pre-kindergarten through 2nd grade classrooms. You will deliver lessons left by the classroom teacher, assist the Principal, and mentor students daily.

• The Winchester Public Schools seeks a daily building substitute teacher for our, (Grades Pre-K- 2).

Job Summary:

• The qualified candidates will instruct general education classrooms by lesson plans left by the teacher; assist the Principal, and coach students as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Certified teachers preferred; Graduates with a BA, BS, or High School Diploma
• Valid Driver's License

Working Conditions:

• The qualified candidates will be assigned to the school every school day with seven hours of instruction, one prep period, and a half-hour lunch daily.
• Daily Rate: $140.00

Requirements:
