Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to Permanency Program staff and ensure case plan requirements are met.
• Collaborate with public and private agencies involved in Permanency Services.
• Assist with basic services to meet children's and families' developmental needs.
• Supervise visitations, support reunification efforts, and provide emotional support and crisis intervention as needed.
• Educate families on Permanency Program processes and act as liaison between families and staff.
• Prepare case files for audits by obtaining required documents.
