Job summary

Qualifications

  • Two years of supervised work experience in child welfare-related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field is required.
  • Certification as a Certified Case Manager (CBHCM or CWCM) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize permanency efforts and focus on children likely to exit care.
  • Create monthly permanency data reports and analyze barriers.
  • Maintain logs of permanency status and actions taken to expedite exit from care.
  • Collaborate with Case Managers and Supervisors to complete activities for permanency options.
  • Engage parents in permanency and reunification staffing and family finding efforts.
  • Attend Court and participate in staff conferences and meetings.
