Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Completed 13 weeks of CVS Conservatorship or SSCC Permanency training as a CVS Specialist required for sign-on bonus.
• Subject to a predictive index assessment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload guiding families through the permanency process.
• Assess child and family needs, safety concerns, and strengths.
• Facilitate permanency planning and ensure stable placements.
• Provide post-reunification support until court dismissal.
• Partner with agencies to coordinate services.
