Job summary

2INgage seeks a full-time Permanency Supervisor with a bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field and at least four years of child placing experience. You will supervise staff, oversee case management, and coordinate with DFPS or similar agencies to ensure positive outcomes for children and families.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, participation in meetings, and ongoing collaboration with community partners; the role emphasizes compassionate leadership and program integrity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field from an accredited four-year college or university.
• 4 years full time child placing experience as a worker or above in a private or state agency.
• Direct supervisory experience in Permanency, Conservatorship, FBSS or CPI supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Permanency staff and coordinate with other agencies involved in providing Permanency Services.
• Promote the well‑being of children in the Permanency Services Program.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings to achieve positive outcomes for children and families.
• Interact with clients, judges, attorneys, children, school personnel and the community.
