Job summary

Merakey is hiring a PRN Permanency Coordinator to work in Clearfield County, PA and surrounding areas. Earn $20/hour. The role involves delivering SWAN units of service such as Child Profile, Family Profile, Placement, and Post Permanency Services, with required travel and some evening hours.

The candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in the child welfare field. Valid driver's license and use of a personal car are required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent and 1 year of experience in child welfare.
• Excellent writing, communication, organizational and computer skills required.
• Valid driver’s license and use of personal automobile; travel and some evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SWAN units of service including Child Profile, Child Preparation, Child Specific Recruitment, Family Profile, Placement, Finalization and Post Permanency Services.
• Complete all assigned units within established benchmarks and timeframes to promote timely permanency.
• Travel as required to serve the county and surrounding areas.
