Responsibilities

• Prepare and file visa petitions including PERM labor certifications and H visas.
• Assist with all stages of the PERM process, including drafting job descriptions and recruitment management.
• Advise clients on immigration strategies and compliance with U.S. laws.
• Represent clients during USCIS interviews and legal proceedings.
• Communicate with clients regularly on status and legal changes.
• Draft memos, responses, and other legal documents.
• Collaborate with partners, paralegals, and team members.
