Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Ability to use technical information to solve problems.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain enthusiastic customer awareness with fast, friendly, and accurate service to create a positive shopping experience.
• Receive deliveries, code where applicable, rotate and store appropriately.
• Ensure ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and displaying merchandise per policies.
• Maintain proper product levels in the Perishable Department (meat, lunchmeat, dairy, etc.).
• Wrap, label, weigh and stock meat case as directed.
• Clean and sanitize the department and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Follow company policies and dress code; complete CBT and training packages.
