Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service within the Perishable Department and maximize sales.
• Maintain standards per the standard practice manual to minimize shrink.
• Receive deliveries, rotate stock, and ensure proper storage areas.
• Maintain product levels in meat, lunchmeat, dairy, and frozen sections.
• Wrap, label, weigh, stock and prepare meat products as directed.
• Keep department clean, sanitized and compliant with safety guidelines.
• Follow Food Lion policies, dress code, and advertising materials.
• Adhere to Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines and report accidents as needed.
