Responsibilities

• Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with focus on fast, friendly, accurate service.
• Be courteous and helpful to other associates.
• Understand and use ACIS and CAO for inventory and ordering.
• Receive deliveries, code, rotate and store properly.
• Ensure ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and displaying comply with guidelines.
• Maintain proper product levels in all Perishable areas (meat, dairy, etc.).
• Process beef and grinds as directed from production tools.
• Wrap, label, weigh and stock meat cases as needed.
• Assemble, disassemble and clean grinders as needed.
• Clean and sanitize the department; maintain layout standards.
• Utilize advertising materials appropriately.
• Follow company guidelines, policies and standard practice; adhere to safety rules.
• Follow Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines; report accidents.
