Job summary

Food Lion in Sneads Ferry, NC is seeking a Perishable Department Manager to support store operations, drive sales, and maintain high standards of service. You will hire, train, and develop department associates while ensuring safe, fresh product presentation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the Perishable Department, including hiring, training and developing department associates.
• Supervise the performance of all duties and responsibilities of department associates and provide ongoing performance management and coaching.
• Daily management of labor and coaching of associates to achieve productivity expectations.
• Provide leadership and motivate the store team to reflect our Guiding Principles, Core Values, Vision and Strategy.
• Support the achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Create a positive shopping experience with enthusiastic customer service and product knowledge.
