You will assist Store Manager with inventory, pricing, training, and merchandizing, while maintaining compliance with food handling rules. Strong math, cash handling, and communication skills required; prior retail supervisory experience preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to learn cash register functions and generate reports.
• Ability to read and interpret planograms and merchandising guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in ensuring financial integrity through strict cash accountability.
• Maintain correct perishable stock levels based on store volume and tools.
• Train associates in proper perishable presentation, freshness, and pricing standards.
• Record inventory levels as requested by Store Support Center.
• Ensure customer needs and requests are addressed efficiently and timely.
• Assist with sanitation standards and safety training in the Perishable departments.
